The moment you receive a call from an undesirable number, simply dial 14258, and that’ll put an end to the nuisance. If you ever wish to lift the block, just use your PIN to access your settings and remove it from the directory. It costs around £3 to £4 a month or quarterly, I believe, but it's definitely worth it. I've managed to block a fair number of irritating callers this way!
