Got a call earlier from a strange number, some mix of Asian and American accent said they would take £300 from my Visa if I pressed 1, or I could press 3 to chat to someone. I just stayed quiet and ended the call. This kind of thing happens quite often using different numbers like 02288420354 and 07834124281. No idea why they’re ringing since I don’t even have a Visa card, but it’s a bit alarming all the same.
