I’m Tony Remi Jameson, and this is my old number. I had it from 2003 until 2017, but then I lost my way and, unfortunately, missed two payments to Telefonica. They ended my service and haven’t shown any inclination to reinstate it, which is quite disheartening. The whole experience has been a real struggle, especially since I was homeless for six months; losing that number was absolutely devastating. It cut me off from everyone-friends, family, even my bank and the authorities-I felt completely isolated. It’s astonishing how a large corporation can be so indifferent, especially after being a loyal customer for fifteen years. It's all I ask for-my number back.
