Got a call from this number claiming I had 2.5 BTC in a wallet supposedly gifted to me back in 2016. They said they were from Coinstat.app and showed me a very convincing fake login page that looked legit. They demanded 1% of the wallet’s value, around £500, just to unlock access. I played along a bit, told them it was my rent money and all, but they still pushed for payment. Quite worrying how many payment options they had too, including some online trading course site which I guess they use to get paid via affiliate links. Definitely a shady scam.
