We placed an order and when we tried ringing them back, no one answered. Feels like it might be a dodgy scam company to me. Avoid Sm sofas if you can!

Got a call from a mobile number with a recorded voice claiming it was from National Insurance. They told me my NI had been hacked or something. Sounds like one of those scams to me.

Got two missed calls from them, about 17 minutes apart. The first call lasted around 26 seconds before cutting off. When I rang back, it just went straight to a number couldn’t be reached message. Pretty annoying.

I’d say just ignore sales calls from numbers you don’t know, they’re usually just trying to sell you something.
