I got a WhatsApp message from this number claiming to be from my daughter, saying, "Hello Dad, I've got a new number." Initially, I was quite wary, but after a few back-and-forths, the conversation took a turn. She asked me to settle some invoices for a hefty sum, explaining that she’d accidentally submerged her phone in some water and couldn’t access her banking app. She assured me she’d reimburse me by the following day. However, when I responded indicating I wanted to have a chat first, all communication abruptly ceased. Just a word of caution to everyone - stay vigilant! 🤬🤬🤬
