I came across a property for rent on Gumtree, and I must say, the location marker was all over the place! Instead of pointing to the actual home, it led me to a completely different place that isn’t even on offer. Quite baffling, to be honest. It's disheartening to see listings that don't match reality.

I came across an individual named Tony who was promoting Basset Hound puppies for sale in Tavistock. Naturally, I believe it’s essential to ensure the legitimacy of any pets before making a purchase. So, I embarked on a rather lengthy journey of ten hours, only to discover I’d been led to a bogus address with a made-up name. Thankfully, we hadn’t handed over any money upfront. It seems this chap, along with the phone number 07833 556043, is nothing more than a con artist. He ought to be reported and put out of business - that number is still operational, so do exercise caution!

BEWARE OF THIS CHARLATAN! This individual, who presented himself as Derek from East Grinstead in Sussex, is claiming to sell border terrier pups. After you hand over your deposit, he conveniently vanishes into thin air and becomes uncontactable. To add to the deception, he provided a fraudulent invoice. Stay alert, folks!

WATCH OUT!!! There's a dodgy character out there claiming to sell Dachshund pups, going by the email:

It’s linked to an individual named Timothy Davici and his partner, Sarah.

The receipts he provides are complete fabrications! He’s definitely not based in Bath.

If you send a deposit, I can assure you, you won’t see any puppy coming your way! Stay vigilant!

I was in touch to arrange the purchase of a puppy, but then I was left hanging on the actual day I was supposed to collect it. No communication whatsoever!
