Picked up the phone, but as soon as I said hello, they just went quiet and then dropped the call.

Got a call from a really angry gentleman, sounded like he was Indian and was in a noisy call centre. He kept insisting on talking to Michael Turner - no idea who that is. When I said that wasn’t me, he accused me of lying and said he had to speak to Michael Turner immediately because apparently Michael got his daughter pregnant. If you’re the real Michael Turner, looks like you’ve got one very upset dad chasing you!

There was nothing but silence at first, then suddenly loads of chatter from what sounded like a busy call centre. After that a woman came on and asked if I was Mr and Mrs (my last name). Problem is, I don't have a Mr, so that was a bit off. I asked her who she was with, and she said something like (some strange name I couldn’t catch properly because of the noise) saying she was calling from Sky about my policy. I don’t even have Sky or a TV, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from an Asian woman talking about life insurance, went on for like 5 minutes before I just ended it. Should I be worried or do anything else, or is blocking the number enough?

I had no clue who the woman wanted to speak with, so I cheekily asked if she'd be alright if someone dropped a swear word at her. She suddenly went quiet. Ended up blocking and flagging the number as a scam.
