Just like a few others, I got a PCN text from this number. The link they sent for the penalty charge notice is totally dead - it doesn't lead anywhere at all! It's crazy this kind of thing is still happening. This is actually the second time I’ve had one of these suspicious messages, and I’ve already told the police about it. The first time was ridiculous - my car was right here on my driveway and didn't move an inch, as I was ACTUALLY in AUSTRALIA at the time!!!
