Some bloke rang me up, claiming he was a cop but suddenly started jabbering in Russian. He told me there was a problem with my bank account, like someone was trying to nick money. I found it odd since, you know, if you’re a British policeman, why speak Russian? Plus, he was calling from a mobile! When I questioned him about it, he just cut the call straight away. Classic scam, really.
