This one here is definitely a scam. You should report every call from it. It’s pretty simple to do - just google ‘action fraud’, go to the police.uk website, hit the report button, choose the phishing option from the list, scroll past the emails section and fill out the form with all the info about the call or any dodgy links from texts. After that, pop a report here too so others are warned.
