So, I got a call from a woman who said her name’s Amy and she’s ringing from Royal Bank of Scotland. She asked for some personal details and told me the branch she’s at isn’t open today. She said I was due a refund or something like that. When I suggested it sounded like a scam, she just said she got it and hung up straight away.

Got a call on a Saturday from someone saying they were from RBS Mortgages? Total scam, they told me my mortgage was nearly paid off and tried pushing a remortgage deal on me. The funny thing? I don't even have a mortgage! Watch out for these dodgy calls!
