Pretty sure they was scammers. They said they was from a housing help line for disrepair but kept pushing to chat on WhatsApp. It was obvious they was just reading off some script and didn’t really care about what was really going on.

I think I just got caught in one of those dodgy housing repair cons. Definitely felt off, like they were trying to scam me or something. Watch out, folks!

Seems like a scam to me. They said they were from the Housing Disrepair Helpline, but when I called the actual HDH, they confirmed it wasn’t them at all.
