Got a call saying there were two dodgy transactions on my account, and I had to press one to cancel or two to speak to someone. I chose two, knowing straight away it was a con. When they asked to confirm my name, I told them they should already know it, since they've apparently charged me. Then the bloke lost it, called me a foul name, and hung up. I normally don’t take the bait, but I can see how older folks might easily get caught out.
