I kept getting calls from someone who kept going on about a Google ad I supposedly had running. He claimed it was incorrectly configured and wasn’t effective. After I told him I’d already cancelled the ad with Google, he rang back again, still insisting it was set up wrong, clearly not knowing I’d pulled the plug on it. Then he tried to get me to sign into my computer so he could “fix” it or show me something. That’s when I got suspicious and just hung up. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
