I tried calling back a few times, and when I finally did, there was this strange voicemail message waiting for me.

Got four calls in a day from this number, so I decided to ring back using a different phone. Strange thing is, it was some sort of automated voice when I answered.

Got a really annoying call from someone asking about a loan I supposedly applied for. They even used my first name without permission, which I found quite rude. I’m over 40 and was raised to wait until given the go-ahead before using first names. When I told the young guy this, he seemed shocked and said something like “You’re not the Queen, so it’s fine to call you Nina!” I work in sales myself and I’m all about proper manners - definitely not impressed!
