Got another call claiming to be from “bank security” saying Amazon had taken £300 and £1000 was moved out of our account. They told me to call them back. Then, weirdly, BT sent an automated message saying press 3 to get back to them. Is BT just helping these scammers by doing that? Seems dodgy to me.
