This morning, around 3 am, my dad got a message from this number. Even though the number matched one listed here, it showed my name attached to it. The text just said something like, “Mum please message me on this number, my phone broke by mistake.” Later on, my mum tried replying to the message from her phone, but didn’t get anything back. She then called the number, and was met with an answerphone saying they couldn’t take calls right now and to leave a message. She hung up before leaving anything. Bit strange, really.

Honestly, if you choose not to report these bloody scam calls, it kinda feels like you’re fine with getting them all the time. Seems like you just don’t care about others who get bothered by it and are happy letting those scammers keep getting richer.

I left a voicemail saying their kid might have misplaced their phone.

Received a text from this number asking me to message another number, which I later found out is linked to scams. Definitely seemed fishy to me.
