I don’t even have a car and now I’m getting these calls about parking fees. Feels like a scam just trying to get money out of me.

Got a call from some place called PCN - no clue what that stands for - telling me to clear a supposed overdue bill by tomorrow or they’d take me to court. I’ve got no idea what they were on about since I don’t owe anything. A few weeks back, I had another call from a different number claiming I hadn’t paid a parking fine, but I don’t even drive! Not sure if they're linked, but both seem like scams to me.
