Got a call outta the blue from some bloke claiming to be from Lowry's Chartered Surveyors. He said he wanted to chat about our business rates with West Berkshire Council. Proper typical cold call - he wasn’t interested in what I had to say, kept talking over me. When I straight up asked if he was cold calling, he just dropped the line. Rude behaviour, honestly.
