I tried ringing Verizon about a missing parcel and an African bloke picked up. He told me I’d get a WhatsApp call within ten minutes. Sure enough, another guy from Africa called me on WhatsApp and insisted I download World Remit. I gave them my email and home address, but then it hit me - it was a total scam. I just hung up straight away. That WhatsApp number they used to call me was 07473988328. Watch out for this one!
