I got a voicemail saying a £900 transaction was done on my Visa debit card and to press 1 if it wasn’t me. I just ended the call, then checked my bank statement and phoned the bank directly. They said no payment had gone through, so no fraudulent activity was found. But because I didn’t go along with the message, the bank told me it was likely a phishing attempt trying to steal my info. If you get a call from that number with that recorded message, just hang up straight away.
