** updated ** got one of those voice messages sent as a text on my landline, included a code to reset a password but I never asked for it at all.

I got a call from someone saying they were with ADHD360, telling me to download an app so I could put in my email. Thing is, they could text me just fine without that. I'm thinking of ringing ADHD360 myself to see if it’s legit or just a scam.
