Got a call the other day from a super loud place that sounded like a call centre. The person claimed to be from O2 and said they could help me cut down my bills if I just told them how much I’m currently paying. I told them if they really worked for O2, they’d already know my bill details, so why ask? They hung up straight away after that! Definitely felt like some sort of scam to me.
