Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent saying she was from some financial firm, telling me I supposedly had frozen funds in US Dollars. Then she passes me on to her "supervisor" who claimed I had nearly £56,000 locked up in Somalia. They kept me chatting for about half an hour, all they wanted was for me to download a wallet app, enter my bank info and send over £100. When I asked if they really thought I was that daft, they got annoyed but kept pushing for my details. After about ten minutes of that nonsense, they just hung up on me 🤪
