Got a call on the 12th of December at about 2:57 pm, right near Christmas. Didn’t pick up since I get loads of these annoying calls all the time. Honestly, just a waste of time. Folks, be careful and don’t give out any of your private details. Stay safe out there!

Got a call on Christmas and then again on Boxing day from someone claiming to be from an estate agency, telling me about a flat viewing on the 27th December. Turns out it was totally dodgy, they were pretending to be a company that’s no longer even active. Watch out, it's definitely a scam!

I picked up and a robotic voice said it was HMRC warning me about some legal trouble coming up if I didn’t sort things out quickly.

Picked up the phone and all I could hear was someone singing, but not in English. There was loads of noise in the background, so it seemed like it might’ve been coming from a call centre or something.
