Received a call around 5pm from a lady claiming to be with some place like "Better Homes xxx?" Could barely hear her over loads of background noise that sounded like a call centre. She was talking about roof insulation or something along those lines. I told her my insulation was fine, and she ended the call quite politely after that. Definitely blocked the number afterwards.

I got a call from someone who said they were a senior rep at an energy company. But when I asked which company they were from, they just hung up straight away. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

I got a call from a polite woman who said they noted my place still had the old fibreglass insulation. When I told her we’d already replaced it, she just went “OH!” and hung up straight away. Bit rude if you ask me.

This call really worried me, especially for elderly folks. They rang about my loft insulation and immediately started saying my name and house number right away. Then the woman said I had fibre glass insulation in the loft. But when I asked which company she was with, she just hung up on me! Definitely not a good sign at all.
