Scammers really grind my gears. I hardly ever pick up calls from unknown numbers, but when I do, I make sure to report them everywhere - here, on Facebook, and straight to the companies being impersonated like banks, Amazon, PayPal, and the post office. These massive firms ought to join forces and create a team of expert hackers to take down the scammers by wiping their data and shutting them down for good. Would be great if that actually happened!

Got a call saying there was some strange activity on an overseas account and to press 1 if I wanted to sort it out. Didn’t trust it, so I just ended the call.

I got a call saying there’s been some transaction made abroad and I need to press 1 to either approve or cancel it. Sounded dodgy to me.

They said they were from Barclaycard and told me £600 had been sent to a non-UK account. Then they said to press 1 to sort it out.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise, and since they didn’t leave any message, I figured it was probably just a spam or a telemarketer. Went ahead and blocked it straight away.
