My own number’s been getting loads of annoying calls lately. Tried sorting it out with O2 but they really didn’t help at all. If you’re someone I know, go ahead and pick up; if not, please don’t bother calling me again. Cheers.

I actually wanted to mark this number as blue, not red for danger. though it could still be risky since scammers are apparently spoofing this real private line. Just a heads up - don’t report genuine phone numbers to 7726, it’s not the right place for that.

Someone’s been using my phone number without permission and it’s proper frustrating. O2 say they’re having loads of issues with spoofing but the only solution they offer is to switch your number or lodge a complaint with Ofcom. Thing is, I’ve looked everywhere on Ofcom’s site and can’t find how to actually report this spoofing. Feels like there’s not much support at all. Not impressed.
