Got a call from a woman with an accent saying she was from BT Openreach about my internet not working properly. She wanted to check how my connection was doing. When I asked her to confirm which company she was with, she insisted it was BT Openreach twice. I told her BT and Openreach are actually different companies, then she just hung up. If you’re gonna try ripping people off, at least get your facts straight, idiots!
