Just a short while after, I got another call from a different number (which I hastily deleted before I could jot it down here) claiming to be Virgin Media asking me to get in touch regarding my account! Honestly, these services are infuriating! This specific number has already attempted to reach me twice today, and it's only just gone 11 o'clock in the morning! What a nuisance!
