What a scam! Got a call from someone claiming to be the UK Finance department saying I was due a £2500 PPI refund. The guy’s English was so poor, barely understandable, yet he tried to talk about my card details. Don’t ever give them your info, and definitely avoid saying yes to anything!

Got a call from some muppet claiming to be from the UK Finance Dept. Told him to jog on straight away.
