Got a call from ecoscotiand, claiming they could lower my electricity costs. They quickly started asking for private info, which I wasn’t happy to share. Told them I wasn’t interested and asked them to stop ringing me. After that, I just blocked the number.

Got a couple of calls this morning from this firm peddling battery storage - the idea being you store power when rates are low and use it later, supposedly slashing your bills by 70%. Their approach is pretty pushy though. Even after I told them flat out we’re pensioners and not interested, they kept pushing, saying everyone wants to save on energy costs. Took me raising my voice a bit to finally get them off the line. Next time, I’ll just hang up straight away to avoid the hassle.

Today, this number rang me but I didn’t pick up, so I rang them back right away. When someone picked up, I just said hello and they just cut me off immediately. I’m gonna block this number for sure.

Some guy from gl pany called saying I’d get free electricity, but was so pushy about not trying to sell me anything. Complete rubbish, not true at all!

Got a call that only rang three times then stopped. Tried ringing back from another phone and it just went straight to voicemail. Seen that others have also searched this number, and judging by how sketchy the call was, I don't think it’s a legit business. Probably best to steer clear for now unless someone here has had a good experience.

I wasn’t quick enough to answer as my phone was deep inside my bag, so I missed the call. It might have been legitimate but I figured I’d better run a check just in case. Even though I’m the first to leave a comment here, seeing that someone else had looked it up just moments before me makes me think it’s likely some sort of spam or nuisance.
