I got a call from a woman with an accent, claiming she was calling on behalf of BT. She mentioned that starting next month, I'd be entitled to a 35% reduction on my BT phone bill. She went on for a bit, but I was suspicious and told her I thought this was just another scam. She insisted she wasn’t trying to scam me, but the moment I asked her for my account number, she just hung up.
