I got a call from a woman using this number who said she was from an energy supplier. She was really rude and kept saying she’d keep ringing me daily if I didn’t pay attention. I ended up getting pretty annoyed and told her I’d report the number to the police. Later on, I found out I could actually report it to the phone company instead. I’ve now blocked the number on my phone and hope they sort this out soon!

Got a call the other day from someone saying my house value had dropped due to its age and needed reassessing. I asked if they could post me the info, but she snapped back that she was 'energy conscious' and mailing papers would waste trees. She wasn't very polite at all, quite pushy actually, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying they were doing a government energy survey to help me save cash. They said their name was John. Total spam!

Called answered and the person on the other end claimed to be calling from some kind of energy saving group. They couldn’t explain properly what the call was about or the reason for ringing. I just ended the call.

Someone rang me claiming they were from some energy protection scheme, or something like that, but when I asked why they were calling me, they couldn’t really give me an answer. I just ended the call.
