Got a call from this number today, and an automated voice claimed they’d be charging £79.99 to my Amazon account - problem is, I don’t even have an Amazon account. It then said to press one if I wanted to stop the charge. Suddenly, a really pushy Indian bloke started talking, but I cut him off and told him it was a scam. He then snapped, “Are you telling me or asking?” I replied I was telling him, and he just shouted something like “why don’t you go die somewhere else” before hanging up. Proper creepy experience.
