Received a call from Ian and Billy over at Bespoke Solutions, attempting to peddle solar panels. They claimed I'd reached out ages ago, mentioning some nifty new enhancements backed by energy firms, supposedly aimed at making solar options more accessible for the elderly. They were quite pushy about securing a visit within the next day and insisted that both parties needed to be there, citing it was a requirement from the FCA. It was clear they hadn’t a clue what they were on about, as they completely overlooked any mention of credit provision, which falls under FCA’s remit. Best to steer clear of these chaps and don’t let them into your home. I've already blocked the number.

I've noticed that companies offering garden, landscaping, and driveway services are reaching out to me after I posted a job on platforms like Checkatrade, Rated People, and My Builder. However, I never specifically requested or authorised for them to get in touch with me directly. It's quite puzzling, to say the least!
