Said it was Halifax. Got a text saying "A NEW PAYEE HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON 15/04. IF YOU DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS, PLEASE GO TO: http/;//unidentified-payeeremove[###]". Definitely not from Halifax - I wouldn't trust clicking that link at all, seems dodgy.

Got a message saying a new payee was linked to my Halifax account, which is weird since I don’t have one. Definitely looks suspicious. Even if you do bank with Halifax, don’t click any links in messages like that.
