Even though I won a dispute with Vodafone via the Ombudsman about two years ago over them selling me a fibre service they didn’t actually provide, they’ve kept pestering me. They promised a fibre connection but after 8 months, an engineer told me fibre wasn’t even available where I live. I got my money back along with £160 compensation, but honestly, they’re just a shocking company full of scammers. Would seriously stay well clear of them if I were you.
