Heads up, everyone! I've just had another call from these folks today, and they had the audacity to claim they’d never contacted me before. They identified themselves as Mobility Support based in Nottingham. I urge you all to be wary of them. This isn't the first time they've pulled a fast one; they're the same lot previously known as Meadow Vale Mobility, who got a right grilling on BBC Watchdog for their dodgy practices. I received a call earlier today; the caller asked if they were speaking to Mrs... (my home's name, as we don’t use numbers where I live). I found it quite amusing and chuckled, explaining that was indeed the name of my residence. The caller responded with an abrupt 'oh, I must've dialled the wrong number' and then promptly ended the call!

I received a call that pretended to be from a community nurse, inquiring about my grandparents' medication and the like.

I received a phone call from a company identifying themselves as 'Mobility Products', claiming we’d had a conversation the previous year. Honestly, I couldn't recall any such chat, so I politely mentioned that if I ever required any assistance or products, I'd be sure to reach out. However, she proceeded to probe me about my current medical provisions. I firmly stated that discussing my health needs with someone I don't know was not on my agenda, and reiterated that I'd get in touch should I need anything. In response, she accused me of being unnecessarily rude, which I found to be quite absurd-wasn't her persistence a touch impertinent? In the end, I decided to terminate the call, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that something about the whole interaction felt off, raising my suspicions about the legitimacy of the call.
