Someone rang me, claiming to be from EE, offering some 40% off deal and asking me to verify my email. Their English was pretty shocking, so I didn't give out any info. I got in touch with EE afterwards, and they said they never call from a mobile number like that. They said they’d report it as a scam. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
