Funny enough, I had just read about this scam on Which only last night. I told him I wasn't interested and reminded him I’m signed up to the TPS so he shouldn't be calling out of the blue. He tried to say something else but I ended the call. He did seem quite legit, giving his full name and even using my name, though I’m not the actual householder.
