When my answering machine picked up, they just hung up without leaving any message.

So my son picked up the phone and the caller claimed that an iPad was purchased using my account. When I grabbed the phone from him, they just went quiet and ended the call. I have no idea which account they were talking about and I definitely never ordered an iPad.

Got two calls today telling me I supposedly bought something from Amazon and to press 1 if I didn’t. Just slammed the phone down and blocked the number straight away.
