Got a call from this UK number earlier, the bloke wanted details about some appliances. Thing is, he somehow already had my full name, address, date of birth, and quite a bit of other private stuff. Before asking about the appliances, he was keen to find out if I owned or rented my place, whether I have a mortgage, and also asked about medical and life insurance.
