I got this fake call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, it was all automated. When I pressed 1 to stop it, it put me through to someone who said they’d send a 9 digit code. Then they wanted me to install some app on my iPhone or Android. I reckon it’s just a trick to get you to download bogus apps and try to scam you somehow. Stay well clear!
