Had a call saying a BT technician was on his way to my house, but I never reported any issues or phoned BT at all. He was supposed to be here about 20 minutes ago but hasn’t shown. Seems like a total scam to me. What’s the point if they’re actually operating from somewhere miles away? Just a bunch of scammers leeching off people!
