We've got a BT engineer purportedly en route to our residence, though I must say, there’s absolutely nothing amiss here-no calls placed to BT regarding any issues. He was supposed to show up about twenty minutes past, but still no sign of him. Looks like another scam to me! What’s the point of this when it’s clearly run from some other part of the country? A bunch of leeches, if you ask me!
