I checked 1471 and the number doesn’t even exist on mobiles, it’s clearly scammers. They’re now cloning UK mobile numbers and spoofing them, it’s really dangerous. Best to just hang up and ignore whatever they say. BT really needs to step up, letting these scammers just rent landlines is pointless.
