Got a dodgy voicemail from some "Fraud Prevention Team" saying I needed to verify a payment of £780. They asked me to press 1 if I hadn’t made the payment, but never said which bank they were from. The number they called on isn’t linked to any bank I know, so it was definitely a scam.

Got a call earlier today from someone claiming to be "BT" about my internet. I cut them off straight away. It’s actually the second time they’ve called me - the first was about six weeks back. At first, I thought it was legit, but then they asked me to disable my antivirus, which was a big red flag. Turned out to be a scam. I reported it to the National Crime Agency and Action Fraud. Haven’t had any calls since - until today, that is.
