This was definitely a scam. I texted 7726 writing ‘call 07822 024806’ and chose Harassment as the reason since it’s the only one that kinda makes it serious enough for legal action. So I blocked the number straight away.

This number called me earlier today but I chose not to pick up.

Got a call from a different number after blocking the first one, they claimed to be from some claims outfit saying I had a cheque waiting due to the closure of a timeshare firm, probably Club Class. Total scam because no payouts have ever been made to past owners. They say they’ll send the cheque by courier once you give them the number from your Beneficiary Document (which you obviously won’t have). But apparently, they can sort one out if you send £2943 to a Resolut account under the name HASKELLANDGREY! Complete rip-off, watch out!

Ashley James, who says they’re a Will Advisor from Leicester, kept calling me thinking I was some Pat person. Honestly, I reckon it’s just a mix-up with the number.
