I keep getting calls from some home maintenance company, always from different numbers, like once a week or more. I've told them at least three times to remove my details from their system, but they just won't stop. It's really getting on my nerves.

Every day I get calls on my mobile from different phone numbers, all saying they’re connected to rental property upkeep. It’s obviously a scam and super frustrating!

Got calls nearly every day so decided to put a block on the number.

Got a call from someone who only knew my first name, asking if I lived in a rented flat. The caller said good morning even though it was half past five in the evening here. The number showed up as Guilford, but the accent sounded like they were outside the UK. Quite odd really.

They called me up asking about my life insurance, which felt a bit unsettling, especially for older or vulnerable folks. They kept pushing the idea that I already had a policy with them, which I don’t.

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from the Disrepair team, said he was helping council tenants sort claims… I just told him to stop ringing me, these sort of calls are always dodgy… definitely a scam if you ask me.
